- This won't solve your problem but here is what is probally going wrong

- The error your are getting is WASEINVAL which is returned from bind if the
- socket you are using is already bound. This error happens when an application
- has bound a soket to a specific address exits/dies without closing the socket
- the underlying TCP stack still thinks the address is in use the next time you
- try to use the address and returns an error. If this happens to you after a
- fresh reboot you may have a configuration problem or there could be a
- incompatibility between your TCP stack and your application.
