20a.4 works great for me. The printing is still whacked for multiple pages. If
yours is having fits, try increasing your perm. swap file and change
"Dump Memory Blocks=yes"

     Downloaded trumpet for use via slip, it looks likes the connection is ok,
but whenever I click on one of the sites in Mosaic I get a message stating
accessing, then message "error #1" any ideas or cure, please e-mail me with
your suggestions.

The CICA Windows ftp site moderator is away, so the uploads site was
locked last time I looked.  I got my copy of 2.8.7 from
bart.starnet.com.  It's a bit slow, so try it at night.

This won't solve your problem but here is what is probally going wrong

The error your are getting is WASEINVAL which is returned from bind if the
socket you are using is already bound. This error happens when an application
has bound a soket to a specific address exits/dies without closing the socket
the underlying TCP stack still thinks the address is in use the next time you
try to  use the address and returns an error. If this happens to you after a
fresh reboot you may have a configuration problem or there could be a
incompatibility between your TCP stack and your application.
